A User-Friendly Medication Pack
Let's clear away the boxes of medication and simplify taking your medicine with a Webster Pack. We can help you get prescriptions from your doctor, if they allow us to contact them directly. Plus, the Webster Pack service is free for all our patients when using medication dispensed at our pharmacy.
Before signing up for a pack, please complete and return a Direct Debit Request form.
This is required to set you up with an account.
Medication costs are charged monthly. If you choose to pay-as-you-go, you will not be charged automatically but account set-up is still required.
Cost to get started and make life easier:
The packing service is free for all medication dispensed at Bell Street Pharmacy.
What you pay for:
The initial plastic covers are $4 each.
An account is started for when the medication is dispensed to put into the pack. You can pay off this account balance per collection, or we can email you a statement at the end of each month.
Medication dispensed elsewhere that you would like us to pack incurs a recording and preparation fee of $3 per week per medication, up to a maximum of $15 per week for 5 or more.
Bring:
A list of all your medication and how you would like it packed. For example, which tablets at breakfast, lunch, dinner and at bedtime. If you have a medication chart from a hospital, it sets this out for us.
All prescriptions required for your medication. These will be kept at the pharmacy and dispensed as required when your medication supply runs low.
Details of the person responsible for account: Name, phone, address and email.
Your doctor’s details.
The day and time of day that you would like to take the first dose from your new Webster Pack. This can affect how we pack medication that is on alternating days.
The day you would like to collect the pack(s) or to have them delivered. A delivery charge of $8 applies. Unless instructed differently, we supply two weeks at a time.
If you're new to Bell Street Pharmacy, please bring a Safety Net printout from your previous pharmacy. This helps us track your medications for the year, so you can get free medication if you reach the safety net.
